Delicious Keto Mocha Coffee Recipe

I first tried this Keto Mocha coffee recipe pretty early in my Keto journey and it was so filling I couldn’t eat for ages afterward.  It’s definitely worth keeping as a weekend brunch treat.

Those are 500ml glasses in the picture!

Keto Mocha Coffee Recipe

-1 cup cold coffee
-1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
-1 large egg
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-4 ice cubes.

Blend the lot. Top with extra cream if desired and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serves 1
Carbs 5%- Fat 66%- Protein 29%
Deliciousness 100%
